⭐️ About This Job:
In this role, you will have two main responsibilities:
- Managing our communities, by engaging with our students, sparking interesting discussions, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
- Supporting our students and customers, by answering any questions that come in, whether that’s via email, chat, Instagram DM, or messenger pigeon.
To excel at this job, you must be a self-starter. You don’t just twiddle your thumbs, waiting for work to appear. Instead, you actively seek it out. You work towards your goals, and proactively come up with great ideas to improve our community and make our students happy.

Jobs You'll Be Doing:
- Managing our multiple Facebook groups - ensuring they stay healthy, fun communities that add TONS of value to our student's lives
- Responding to any questions or concerns that come in via email, Zendesk tickets, or our social media accounts
- Handling account issues, such as refunds, pre-sale questions, cancelling subscriptions, etc
- Brainstorming ways to improve engagement, and sparking fun, thought-provoking discussions
- Hiring a team of mods, and assisting them in moderating posts and comments, making sure they are in line with our community guidelines
- Gathering wins & testimonials from our students
- Making our students' days just a little bit more awesome than they already were

- You can provide incredible support to our students, and help them overcome any issues that may arise
- You're fluent in English and an excellent writer, with a fun, informal, inspiring tone (you'll be the voice of our brand)
- You have at least a basic understanding of art/painting (you definitely don't have to be an expert, but knowing some basic terms would be good)
- You have at least 3 hours each weekday (Monday through Friday in your time zone) to commit to supporting our students and our social media communities.
- You're able to empathize with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues and questions.
- (Not required, but a huge plus): Ideally you have some experience with digital painting. Since this role will be answering some community questions around brushes, drawing tablets, and art feedback, our ideal candidate would have at least a basic understanding of digital art

Hours Required:
To start out, you would need to be able to dedicate 3 hours/day, Monday-Friday. Depending on your experience, success, and availability, this could evolve into a full-time job in the near future.
Compensation:
Salary for this position is completely dependent on your experience, technical skills, and how well you can help us tackle the outcomes for this position.
