⭐️ About This Job:
We’re looking for a talented copywriter to work with, and bring onboard as a long-term partner to help us grow Paintable!
Ideally w’re looking for someone who can work with us on ongoing, weekly basis – creating weekly content such as newsletters, video descriptions, and the occasional landing page or video script.
Besides being a fantastic writer, you’d also need to be highly organized, a great team-player, and able to hit deadlines.
✍️ Things You'll Be Working On:
- Weekly newsletters: short emails in which we keep students up to date on everything happening behind the scenes at Paintable (plus the occasional tip or two)
- Catchy titles & descriptions for our videos and classes
- Landing pages to promote our freebies and resources
- Sales pages for our various classes & products
- Ad copy for our Facebook or Google Ads
- And other copywriting jobs that may come up throughout the year!

- You're fluent in English and an excellent writer, with a fun, informal, inspiring tone (you'll be the voice of our brand)
- You have 3+ years of experience as a copywriter under your belt
- You have a good understanding of painting (ideally digital painting). You definitely don't have to be an expert, but knowing basic terms and concept would be important
- You can commit to writing up fresh newsletters every week
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills, and are able to work with a team and hit deadlines
- You can write concise, snappy copy that motivates people, entertains them, or gets them to take action
Compensation:
Salary for this position is completely dependent on your experience, technical skills, and how well you can help us tackle the outcomes for this position. We are looking for someone to work with on a freelance basis, as the hours and work requirements will differ from week to week (though we can pretty much guarantee there will be work every week!)
