Many programs have built-in smoothing. Krita, Corel Painter, Clip Studio Paint, Autodesk Sketchbook… Only Photoshop does not have it.

but not for all tools only for brush
Thanks for this! Although I don’t have a Mac, I have been using the free trial of a program that you mention for windows, Lazy Nezumi. It’s pretty amazing! So many options and it links easily with Krita (the free drawing program I use). When the trial runs out, I think I will pay for the program. Worth it.
I use Clip Studio Paint, can someone please tell me how to make my lines smooth using this program? I have shaky hands, which certainly doesn’t help. Thanks very much in advance!
